He has been working in development and emergency relief since 1996 for various humanitarian organisations such as Save the Children, Oxfam IBIS, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danchurch Aid and most recently as the Director of Finance and Operations for CARE Denmark for 16 years. Frank has a master’s degree in development economics from Copenhagen University, a Diploma from the Center for African Studies from Copenhagen University, and a Management and Leadership Diploma from Ankerhus/Tietgenskolen.
