Through her work with Indigenous communities in Latin America, international NGOs and the European Commission/DEVCO, Ena has gained interdisciplinary knowledge of international development cooperation, the rights of Indigenous Peoples as well as extensive project management experience. Ena holds an MSc degree in Anthropology with specialisation in the Mapuche Peoples in Argentina and their cultural, political, and judicial struggle for recognition and compliance with their rights as Indigenous Peoples. At IWGIA Ena is responsible for coordinating the Indigenous Navigator and climate projects, and is the Indigenous youth focal point for IWGIA.
